The quickest way to get information about your coverage and claims status, or to contact a customer relationship specialist by secure e-mail, is to sign up for personalized, secure online access to GroupNet for Plan Members.

Mail

Send your claims to the mailing address you normally use (address is also on the form). You will find claim forms under the Forms and Cards tab of GroupNet for Plan Members, or under Forms.

If you are not registered for GroupNet for Plan Members and have questions about your health and dental benefits coverage or claims outside of our contact centre business hours, email us.
