Preferred Vision Services
The Preferred Vision Services (PVS) program gives you a discount of up to 20% on eyewear purchased from a registered PVS location.
The discount applies to frames, prescription lenses, contact lenses and lens extras, such as scratch guard, tints, etc. Most locations will also apply the discount to non-prescription eyewear and accessory items.
To get the discount:
- Present your Sonata Health ID card at any PVS outlet.
- Select your eyewear.
- Pay the reduced PVS price at the time of purchase. You can then submit any visioncare claim to Great-West as usual.
