Associate Advisor Development Program
This one-week training program helps Gold Key advisors develop their new associate/sub-advisors by increasing their skills and depth of knowledge. This ultimately helps advisors in succession planning.
Client Audit
Client Audit consists of a distinctive survey process designed to help advisors strengthen relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling, consolidation and referral opportunities to grow these relationships. It provides a comprehensive analysis of client satisfaction, and helps identify opportunities that are practical and actionable.
Executive Consulting Process
This one-on-one program—led by the Regional Director/Director; Regional Manager, The Resource Centre; and other key members of your Resource Centre team where applicable—helps advisors solve specific challenges in growing their business.
The Executive Consulting Process includes:
- A 30-minute pre-session conference call
- A one-day intensive consulting session (held in your local Resource Centre)
- Two 30-minute follow-up conference calls (at 45 days and 90 days)
