Debentures
The Canada Life Assurance Company, a subsidiary of Great-West Life, has one series of subordinated debentures outstanding with a face amount of $100 million.
Capital Trust Securities
Great-West Life Capital Trust has issued Great-West Life Capital Trust Securities (“GREATs”) with a face value of $350 million. Canada Life Capital Trust has issued two series of Canada Life Capital Trust Securities (“CLiCS”): Series A with a face value of $300 million and Series B with a face value of $150 million.
