Needs Analysis

Our Needs Analysis process is the first step in developing a disability management strategy customized for your organization. We work with you to develop a profile of your organization, and to help identify any opportunities for a more proactive disability management program.

We meet with you to review any programming you may already have in place, and to determine the most effective way to complement those services and enhance your overall disability management program. We’ll discuss with you the services we offer, and design a program to help prevent or lessen the length and financial impact of disability claims.

Your customized program may include some or all of the services available as part of The Ability Partnership.

Needs Analysis services are available on a case-by-case basis to groups with 35 or more plan members.
