Early on in a disability, we review the plan member’s situation to determine whether Vocational Rehabilitation can help. If so, a vocational rehabilitation consultant will examine factors such as the plan member’s medical stability, the impact of secondary diagnoses, transferable skills, employment history and education.

The vocational rehabilitation consultant will then decide whether to proceed with a personal interview with the employee.
