Vancouver Community College receives $40,000 contribution from Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life

Vancouver, November 30, 2009 – Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life have pledged $40,000 through their national corporate citizenship program to Vancouver Community College (VCC) to support scholarships for Canadian immigrants who wish to complete high school credentials or enter the College’s post-secondary training programs. The funds will also go to the purchase of laptops for VCC’s English as a Second Language Learning Centres in libraries and community centres throughout Metro Vancouver.
