Health Insurance for People About to Retire – Prelude

Prelude is a retirement health plan for plan members who are about to retire and lose their Great-West group benefits plans, and whose plan sponsors have made Prelude available to them.

• If you are retiring and Prelude has been made available to you, please continue to the Prelude website.
• If you are retiring and Prelude has not been made available to you, you may be interested in PlanDirect, our enhanced health and dental plan for individuals age 50 and up.
• If you are already a Prelude client and are looking for forms or contact information, please go to the Client Services section of greatwestlife.com.
• If you are a plan sponsor of a Great-West group benefits plan with 100 or more plan members who may be interested in making Prelude available to your plan members, please go to the Group Benefits section of greatwestlife.com.
