Health Insurance for People About to Retire – Prelude

Prelude is a retirement health plan for plan members who are about to retire and lose their Great-West group benefits plans, and who have been offered Prelude by their plan sponsors.

• If you are retiring and have been offered Prelude through your benefits plan at work, please continue to the Prelude website.
• If you are retiring and have not been offered Prelude, you may be interested in PlanDirect, our enhanced health and dental plan for individuals age 50 and up.
