Provincial drug coverage
Instructions on how to coordinate prescription drug coverage with your provincial health plans.
British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan offer provincial drug programs. They help pay for you or your family’s prescription drugs.
Every resident of those provinces is eligible for these provincial programs, regardless of age or income.
As a plan member with Great-West Life, you’re required to register with your provincial drug program, which is the primary payer for your drug costs. Great-West Life is a secondary payer.
If you’ve not yet registered, forms are available from the following provincial government websites or your pharmacy.
